Use the form below if you need your Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram data deleted from Nirbhor. This is the canonical Data Deletion Instructions URL we provide to Meta — bookmark it, share it with your auditors.
What we delete
- All message threads retrieved through Meta's APIs for the listed pages / WABAs / IG handles.
- Customer profile fields we cached: name, locale, last-seen, sentiment tags.
- Agent traces: tool calls, drafts, intermediate thoughts tied to those threads.
- Operator actions performed on those threads (overrides, escalation notes).
- Backups and logs rolled out within the retention windows below.
Timeline
We acknowledge within 2 business days. Primary stores cleared within 7 days. Backups and audit logs purged within 30 days. We email a deletion certificate when complete.
After deletion
Your workspace continues to operate; only the listed page data is removed. To delete the workspace itself (operator accounts, billing records, catalog), email [email protected] — we keep tax-required invoice records for seven years as required by Bangladeshi law and delete everything else.
